So, uh, I know we haven't met or anything yet, but I'm a friend ofKyou Hibari's and he was... Well, I thought he was acting funny at school the past few days. He's picking on random people it seems like.
He swears that's normal.
And to ask you if I didn't believe him. So screw him, I'm asking.
Have you remembered if it's normal for him to act like this?
