*And about an hour later and Maguri's made it back to the Ari Apartments, looking pretty sheepish and wondering how he's going to find the guy who offered to help in the first place. Head maintenance was a guy named Trunks according to the job listings, so he looked over the apartments and found his name and decided his room is the best place to start.

*Fidgeted a little before stepping inside* Thanks... for agreeing to just try and help and all.

[Trunks motions to one of the room's chairs, which he specifically set aside.]

*Maguri settled in the chair indicated and glanced around a little curiously* So, I thought I had been doing fine and it was working at first, but then... well it ended up like this.



(( OOC: So I do have an idea how he may have done this to himself since he's a total moron, but if you have suggestions since he was playing in Nitre's lab >.> I'm open to those too. XD ))

Hm. What kind of chemicals did you use? Were there any labels or anything?

I- I was using what was labeled hydrogen peroxide which the book said is what is used to lighten stuff like that. And it sounded right to me and I've been doing this to my hair since I was a kid, so I figured if it sounded familiar that had to be it, right?

So I tested a smaller part I cut off first and it worked fine, though I had to do it a couple times to get the right color. But it did work! So I did the rest the same amount of times... And I let it dry and then I wanted to rinse everything just to make sure I got anything left in there out since I think that stuff is bad for you? I'm not sure... And then when I finally finished the gloves were a funny color and my hair was PINK.



(( OOC: So I was thinking that Maguri may have actually managed to bleach his hair just fine (since it was just his roots he was trying to take care of). But when he was rinsing it afterward, because he's an idiot, he used a bucket that had pink dye already in it from the lab (lord only knows why it may have had dye in it >.>). So he redyed his hair afterward by total accident. It'll wash out in about a week, I was thinking? ))

[Trunks walks to the back of the chair Maguri's sitting in. After looking at his hair for a moment, he speaks.]

...All right, I'm not going to get anywhere just by eyeballing it. I'll have to take a sample.

*The teen peered back a little apprehensively* Like cutting it? It'd just be a little bit, right...?

*Took a deeeeeep breath (nevermind that he cut some off himself to test it earlier) and nodded* Okay, yeah, sure...

[Trunks pulls out a pair of scissors from his drawer and carefully cuts off a lock of hair from the back of Maguri's head. He pulls out a twister, ties it around the lock, and puts it in his pocket.]

All right, I'll get this analyzed as quickly as I can.

*Maguri had no real concept of how long "analyzing" would take? A few minutes? Hours? Days? Pleasepleaseplease don't be days.*
